Photos you choose

When you create a coloring page, the photo you picked is sent over an encrypted connection to our server and passed to Google Gemini solely to generate the line-art drawing. Your photo is used for nothing else, is not used to train models by us, and is not written to disk on our server — it exists only in memory for the moments the generation takes.

We do keep a copy of the generated coloring page (the line-art result, not your original photo) on our server for up to 14 days. It is stored outside the public web root, is not linked to your name or email, and is used only to investigate generation failures and to check that the model is not producing unsafe imagery. After 14 days these copies are deleted automatically. The coloring pages in your gallery and everything you color are stored on your device.

Bot protection

To keep automated abuse away from our generation server, every request is verified with Cloudflare Turnstile. It runs silently, so you never see a puzzle or a checkbox. Cloudflare receives technical signals such as your IP address, User-Agent and TLS fingerprint to tell humans apart from bots; it does not receive your photos. Details are in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

What our server records

Sketchopia has no accounts and never asks for your name, email or phone number. To enforce the free-generation limit and fair-use caps, our server keeps a minimal record tied to the anonymous identifier RevenueCat assigns to your install:

• that anonymous identifier and whether the subscription is active;
• one row per generation — the chosen style, whether it succeeded, how long it took, and what it cost us — with a timestamp;
• which day you used the Daily Spin, so it can be offered once a day.

These rows contain no photos and nothing that identifies you personally. Reinstalling the app generally produces a new identifier.

Reminders

If you turn on reminders, they are scheduled locally by your device. No notification content or schedule leaves your phone, and we do not use push servers.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We never see your payment details. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier to keep your purchase active across reinstalls. You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your device Settings.

Analytics & stability

• Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage events (for example, "coloring page created") that help us improve the app.
• Sentry — crash and error reports so we can fix problems quickly.

These reports do not include your photos. App tracking transparency: if you decline tracking in the iOS prompt, no cross-app tracking identifier is used.

Children

Sketchopia is designed to be used by parents. The app has no accounts, no social features, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

Deleting the app removes all artworks and settings stored on your device. To ask about or request deletion of diagnostic data, contact us — we will respond within a reasonable time.
